Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the luk33 platform. By accessing or using luk33, you confirm your agreement to these terms in full.

By accessing luk33, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the luk33 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the luk33 platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luk33. Your continued use of the platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of luk33 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. luk33 does not knowingly allow access to minors. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for verifying that online gaming and sports betting are lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing luk33. Pakistani users accessing luk33 acknowledge full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. luk33 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active Account on luk33. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds pending review.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. luk33 may require identity verification documents at any point and will restrict withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied.
3.5 Restricted Persons. Employees, contractors, agents or family members of luk33 or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on the platform.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. luk33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify luk33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.2 Account Verification. luk33 reserves the right to require identity, address or payment method verification at any time. The platform may restrict deposits, withdrawals or gameplay until verification is completed to luk33's satisfaction.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting luk33 support. Closure requests are processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard processing timelines.
5.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals on luk33 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via methods denominated in other currencies — including USDT — will be converted at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction as displayed in the cashier.
5.2 Accepted Methods. luk33 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as stated in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are permitted only to verified accounts. Withdrawals must be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the luk33 compliance team. luk33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements applicable to any bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.5 Transaction Fees. luk33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which luk33 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. luk33 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in error, bets placed on suspended markets or bets exceeding applicable stake limits.
6.2 Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the platform. In the event of dispute, luk33's records shall be the authoritative source of truth regarding bets placed, odds accepted and outcomes.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or betting session, luk33 will endeavour to settle the round on the basis of its recorded game state at the time of failure. Bets affected by demonstrable system errors may be voided and stakes returned at luk33's discretion.
6.4 Palpable Errors. luk33 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — commonly referred to as "palpable error" — regardless of whether the bet has been accepted or settled.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by luk33 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all luk33 promotions:

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without the express written permission of luk33.
luk33 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk33 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied.
luk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity. luk33's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits luk33's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by luk33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
luk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification prior to coming into effect. Your continued use of luk33 following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of luk33 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact luk33 support to attempt resolution. luk33 will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Users may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in luk33's licensing terms. luk33's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes and bet settlement shall be final in the absence of demonstrable system error.
